Students will explore what shapes one’s self image and identity (gender, culture, language, country of origin, socio-economic background, personality, temperament, stereotypes, media, peers, family, life experiences)
Students will compare and contrast positive and negative self image and the concept of automatic thought. They will brainstorm their own list of healthy ways to promote positive self worth.
After reflecting and brainstorming their own list of healthy ways to promote positive self esteem, students will create their own Self Care Bingo Cards.
